When Sandie started her real estate career, she saw a need in the market place for helping out-of-state clients. Sandie quickly became a certified relocation specialist. In order to succeed, she needed to master Santa Clara County's nooks and neighborhoods as well as being able to educate and advise her clients. It's in this arena where Sandie learned to carefully listen, anticipate needs, and prepare to meet the most remote and unexpected situations. To educate her clients, she spends long hours preparing information and meeting with her clients to discuss and explain information in detail so they are fully aware of what is going to happen. When Sandie isn't working for her real estate customers, she volunteers her time to children. She currently volunteers as a reading tutor to first graders in the Campbell Union School District and in the past has worked with fourth graders. It's her willingness "to give all that she can" to whomever she serves that has made her successful both as a volunteer and real estate agent.
